Per Azienda cliente operante nel settore elettronico ricerchiamo un Assembly Product Engineer Categoria Protetta.The activity includes:Package development/validation plans for new product introduction of business unit's up to product's MAT 30.Coordinate the package development activites in order to align the business unit's short-mid-long term product portfolios/roadmaps.Supporting package design team into the preliminary feasibility analysis.Supporting Q&R team by providing technical risk assessment for every NPI.Coordinating the packege development/validation actions with local packageengineering teams.Transfer the package validation results in order to efficiently start the product ramp up.Bachelor's degree in physics,chemistry,material science,electical engineering.Proved experience into assembly process and materials is preferred.Strong english,strong pc skills
